The Homestead
The Homestead is a large and elegant set in its own gardens with expansive views of the surrounding hills and the breakers at Ocean Beach. Encircled by a sun drenched veranda, the House is perfect for family and friends to relax and idle away the hours while enjoying the Hawkes Bay serenity, food and wine.
The Homestead can cater for twelve people. With six double bedrooms, all ensuite, a spacious lounge with log fireplace, graceful dinning room and modern kitchen with all the amenities, The Homestead is sole occupancy at its best.
Whether you wish to enjoy pre dinner, private wine tastings, chef catered, gourmet dinners or create your own epicurean BBQ, the choice is yours. Cape South Management can assist with all the arrangements.
The Cottage
The Cottage is a traditional villa style weatherboard property, located close to The Homestead but with its own privacy and garden outlook. The Cottage has a wonderful relaxed feel about it. Comfort and modern style are in abundance, from the quality of the furnishings, linens, drapes and modern kitchen amenities, to the views, log fire and under floor heating.
The Cottage has two double bedrooms, one containing a queen double bed and ensuite bathroom and the other a twin which can be configured to a king-size double bed and adjacent shower room.
Facilities include Sky tv, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), CD player, wireless broadband internet connection, telephone, laundry facilities, gas BBQ and a 14 metre swimming pool.
Doze off on the verandah or soak up the sun in the secluded sunny garden. Stroll across the lawn to the pool for an early evening dip. Walk over the fields down to the stream and listen to the native birds calling from the bush. Stay at The Cottage and let it work its magic on you.
The Hut
Hide away for a night or two in this lovely little place, with its traditional weatherboard construction. The Hut, despite its size, is fitted out to the highest standard, with all the modern amenities that you'd expect. As with other properties, comfort and style play a major role.
The Hut has one Queen double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan with all the modern amenities to make this a very romantic escape.
Facilities include Sky tv, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), CD player, telephone, laundry facilities, gas BBQ and a private spa pool.
Share a pot of freshly-brewed coffee on the sunny verandah whilst looking out to sea; relax in the spa pool with a glass of Hawkes Bay wine and watch the sun set over the Pacific or just laze a few hours away in your own scent-filled "secret garden". Sounds great ... it is!
