Driftwood Cottages are the perfect choice for those looking for affordable boutique accommodation with that something extra when staying in Hawke's Bay Wine Country.

Named for the driftwood that litters the nearby beach, Driftwood Cottages are conveniently located just 10 minutes drive from the Hawke's Bay Wine Country shopping centres of Napier, Hastings and Havelock North and five minutes from the award-winning Cape Kidnappers Golf Course. A very short stroll takes guests to the nearby beach and adjacent wetlands, both of which boast magnificent views of Hawke Bay from Mahia to Cape Kidnappers.
 
Guests are offered accommodation in one of two self-contained cottages each of which is individually appointed to cater for their every need. Generous breakfast provisions are provided and consist of the best that Hawke's Bay has to offer including local artisan bread, free-range eggs, Hawke's Bay grown fresh seasonal fruit, locally cured bacon and freshly roasted coffee.

Periwinkle Cottage: Decorated in the contemporary and restful colours of hazy lavender and albescent Periwinkle is a self-contained one-bedroom cottage with ensuite that is ideal for honeymooners or those seeking a romantic weekend away to recharge their batteries and reconnect.

The large bedroom features a super king-sized bed (can be also be made up as two singles if required), which is dressed in pure cotton sheets and Kay and Tucker bed linen. With its pure wool duvet it is the perfect place to cuddle up and escape from the world for at least a little while.

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure on the Periwinkle's sunny deck from the generous breakfast provisions provided then spend the day exploring Hawke's Bay Wine Country or just relaxing in and around your cottage.

Starfish Cottage: Appointed in the contemporary colours of parchment, sepia and blue Starfish is a self-contained two-bedroom cottage that is ideal for one or two couples wanting to enjoy the weekend exploring Hawke's Bay Wine Country.

Starfish Cottage features two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed (one can be made up as two singles if required), both of which are dressed with pure cotton sheets and Peri bed linen. With their pure wool duvets you can be assured that the occasional chilly Hawke's Bay night will be kept at bay.

Start your day with breakfast made from the generous provisions provided then head out and discover all that Hawke's Bay Wine Country has to offer.
