Our entire group of 8 thought that Hamish Prinsys tour was the best excursion of the entire trip. Hamish took us to at least three wineries (our favorite winery was Mission) and for a tour around the area. He even waited for an hour in the van while we walked around the town of Napier. Welcome to Prinsys Rural Experience and Wine Tours. We will personally drive you on the tour of your choice. We offer full and half day tours with flexibility to meet your needs. We specialize in Wine and Rural tours in Hawkes Bay, operating out of Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Central Hawkes Bay.
Informative winery tours with our added knowledge of the regions rural lifestyle combine to ensure you enjoy a unique experience. There will be ample opportunities to take many photos so bring a spare film!
Explore and taste fine wines selected from our superb wineries throughout the region. Areas include Ngatarawa Triangle, Gimblett Gravels etc (includes four wineries). Sit back and relax as we travel through Hawkes Bays beautiful countryside to the breathtaking 360 degree views of Hawkes Bay and the Pacific Ocean from the top of Te Mata Peak a must see on your visit to Hawkes Bay.

Sit back and relax as we travel through Hawkes Bays beautiful countryside to the breathtaking 360 degree views of Hawkes Bay and the Pacific Ocean from the top of Te Mata Peak (399m)

Tour from 10.30am - 4 pm
Sit back and enjoy beautiful Hawkes Bay from Te Mata Peak and Bluff Hill lookouts. Drive through the orchards and vineyards, visit a sheep farm with sheep shearing (in season) and sheep dog demonstration. Travel to a renowned Red Deer Farm and velvet factory, then finish off with a relaxing glass of wine at some of the Bays best wineries.
Option A Red Deer Farm visit
Option B Visit an extensive Fat Lamb finishing and cropping property. Tour a packhouse in operation (in season) and travel to a cattle feed lot.
